- 400 g tofu
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or sesame oil)
- 0.5 tsp ground ginger
- 0.5 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 pinch garlic powder

Drain the tofu and pat it dry with paper towels, then cut it into cubes or slices.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, oil, and all the spices.

Add the tofu to the marinade and gently toss to coat evenly.

Let marinate for at least 1 hour (less if using a vacuum container).

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add the tofu with its marinade.
